Procedure.

1. The applicant MUST fill out and sign our application form. (We provide the application form free to our members.) It must be complete and legible including city , state and ZIP codes.

2. We will search our computers and national credit databases for their records.

3. We will attempt to reach you with the information asap. Usually within a few hours. If this gives you enough data for you to make your decision, then it's over. If you need additional information, then you can upgrade to an I1 inquiry for an additional $15.00.

We interview the applicant, verify employment, verify ownership of property, obtain landlord references plus the information from the Q1.
